MAINTENANCE

 

 

Maintaining and repairing your system is necessary for continued and reliable performance and getting the results you desire. Service calls on qualified monitored systems are FREE OF CHARGE*.

 

There is an $85 charge for service on non-monitored systems and systems that are unqualified or have exceeded the allotted amount of inclusive maintenance, as well as a $50 charge for emergency response. Some maintenance that can be performed remotely is FREE OF CHARGE.

All newly installed portions of a system have a 1-year warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty on labor. The cost of replacing parts that are out of warranty, dead/low batteries or equipment that has been abused, will be absorbed by the customer. Damage due to Acts Of God are not covered by warranty or maintenance /service agreements (including but not limited to lightning, fire and water damage).

Maintenance (repair) agreements are available for non-monitored or unqualified systems as well as scheduled maintenance plans for any system.
